Allyson Charlie CHARLIE STIMSON
Executive Director

Allyson is currently Math Lead at Fallon Middle School in Dublin.  She first developed techniques for teaching math while homeschooling her own children.  Since then she has taught students of all ages and cultures.   She has taught kindergarten thru high school, from adding and subtracting through CAHSEE preparation.  She has experience from continuaion high schools through honors algebra and geometry in middle school. She has the proven ability to have all her students succeed.

Charlie has spent his career bringing fundamental change to organizations needing to reverse a failing situation or grow.  Having worked for the last 12 years in West Oakland, volunteering at a "Clean and Sober" program, interning at Kizmet Middle School and teaching students at Bridge the Chasm, he believes a focus on algebra -- starting with a strong basis in arithmetic in elementary school -- and reading can significantly reduce the violence and failure that characterizes the inner city today.
